Guided by kindness, dignity, equity, and social justice, the organization is committed to building resilient, self-reliant, and sustainable communities through collaborative partnerships, capacity development, advocacy, and people-centered programs that create lasting and meaningful impact. As a non-stock, non-profit organization, Daloy Care Organization, Inc., ensures that all resources and support are dedicated exclusively to humanitarian and charitable purposes in pursuit of inclusive and sustainable development for all.

Theory of Change
Daloy Care Organization, Inc., believes sustainable transformation happens when vulnerable communities are equipped with the resources, capacities, partnerships, and systems needed to overcome interconnected social, economic, and environmental challenges.
By integrating ECCD, Education, youth empowerment, health and nutrition, humanitarian action, food security and livelihoods, climate resilience, social inclusion, and community systems strengthening, Daloy Care supports communities in becoming self-reliant, adaptive, and future-ready.
